Charlie’s Chow, Inc. operates by appointment only.

We are only able to except defective returned products. Charlie’s Chow, Inc. is not able to guarantee exchanged products have been properly stored; therefore we do not resale exchanged products. Because of this, we are not able to offer exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We offer these products at the lowest possible price to everyone, therefore we are unable to offer volume discounts.

“No-show” orders will be restocked. A restocking fee of 20% of your restocked order will be charged on your next order.

We will make every effort to honor requests; however substitutions cannot always be accommodated on Kennel Packs.

A Kennel Pack will always have the 6/4/5 ratio of chubbs, but they may not always contain the same variety each order.

Payment must be made at the time of pick up.

There is a $35.00 service charge on all NSF or returned checks.
